Mitsuhiro Wada, Vice President of the Osaka City Council visited San Francisco. He was joined by Syuichi Hirata, Director, Policy for the Elderly Division of the Public Welfare Bureau, Osaka, and Tetsutaro Tomita, Executive Director, City of Osaka Office in Chicago.
