THE SAN FRANCISCO-OSAKA SISTER CITY ASSOCIATION CELEBRATED
50 YEARS OF THE SISTER CITY RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SAN FRANCISCO AND OSAKA IN 2007

The San Francisco-Osaka Sister City Association was founded in 1957 under the leadership of Mayor George Christopher. It is San Francisco's oldest sister city relationship. Join us in celebrating this most worthwhile relationship that promotes friendship and good will between these two great cities.
