Dear Members and Friends of San Francisco-Osaka Sister City Association:
Thank you for your continued support of the San Francisco-Osaka Sister City Association ("SFOSCA"). This year marks the 57th anniversary of this very special relationship and remains a vital one for the City and County of San Francisco.
The Annual General Meeting of members this year will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at 12 Noon in the Mayor’s Conference Room 201, City Hall, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco. All members and guests are invited and encouraged to attend. Consul General Masato Watanabe has kindly accepted our invitation to attend. Please note that this is the time of year to renew your membership. We would appreciate it if you could submit your annual dues with the RSVP form that can be found here: RSVP Form
Because of your continued support, we were able to sustain our Student Ambassador Program and once again sent two San Francisco high school students to Osaka last year. The selection committee led by Miho Armacost has just selected this year's Student Ambassadors who are anxiously waiting to leave on their life-changing journey to Osaka. We will share more information on the program during our meeting.
Annual General Meeting of Members for the year 2014 will be held on June 4 (Friday) at noon @ City Hall.
Details to follow.
